Cancellation Policy
How to do if you are unable to attend a course

Asiasoft must receive in writing a notification of student cancellation at least ten (10) business days prior to the course start date for a full refund. Cancellations received after this time will be charge full fees.
Replacement of students must be made minimum one week with written notices before the course start date.
Courses would proceed subject to enrolment numbers. If a registration cannot be accepted, alternative dates and/or locations will be provided. Asiasoft reserves the right to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances.
No resale, transfer or re-export of the course(s) content listed on this enrolment form is authorized.

Arrangement under Typhoon or Rainstorm

Typhoon Signal No 8 or above
If No 8 Typhoon signal or above is issued, all business in Hong Kong will be closed.

If the Signal is issued in the morning and off before 12:00nn, the class will be resumed in the afternoon starting at 2pm.
If the Signal No 8 is on in the morning and off after 12:00nn, the class will be resumed in the next day or reschedule to the next class schedule.

Black Rain Signal
If Black Rain Signal is on, everyone should stay in safe location.

If Black Rain Signal is on during the course hour, course should be continue and participants should remain in the classroom.
If Black Rain Signal is on during non-course hour, Participants should follow Typhoon Signal No 8 procedure.
